WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Melanin Cyber Mall allows up to 30 days for customers to return items purchased from our business with full or partially refund depending on the return. For effective transactions please allow shipping couriers to complete the delivery before requesting a refund to confirm the ability to determine defective, damaged, or incorrect product. If the item purchased was made under fraud of any kind please contact customer immediately for a full refund and cancellation of order.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Melanin Cyber Mall does not currently offer gift cards at this time. However, MCM does intend to develop their own cards.
